The Labour Day weekend was one of feasting and friendship. Tess' eldest brother got married in Victoria and it was a great time to meet up with old neighbourhood friends from back in Edmonton. A few things to note.... Tess (the vegetarian) drove from Kelowna to Victoria with a frozen boar in the back of the car, and yes head and all!!! (it was delicious after 15 hrs on the spit...totally worth it!). Yannick and I had a mission of a trip out to Tofino to surf for the day.. it was awesome!! We all went diving and froze our extremeties...every time!! And lastly, it was the Westmount crew that was the life of the party at the wedding, dancing well into the night!The wedding was beautiful and they are an amazing couple. I know they will greatly enjoy their honeymoon in Vietnam.
