North Shore Biking and Wedding

So after leaving the Island we met up with Mark and Dee for some north shore mt biking. Day 1 proved to be an adventure with most of our time spent hiking our bikes up a rediculous down track that you imagine from the movies. Nuts! anyway, 5 hours later we returned to the car well worn out. Day 2 we decided to take it easy and maybe head to Deep Cove to chill and maybe rent some sea kayaks and then head to the Van aquarium since Tess had never been. All worked out as planned, except we squeezed in Mark and D's wedding on the beach and had free demo's so we took out some surf ski's. It was awesome! That night we went to the Cirque in a giant tent in downtown Van city and it was the most amazing thing ever. Go see it, period.

Sunday we hit up Burnaby mountain near SFU for some great riding and I managed to nearly break my brand new derailleur (only a bent hanger though) and then we drove home.
