The Crazy Cats!! Bow and Arrow

Tess has been visiting the SPCA every once and a while to play with the cats, and we finally found time to go together. You know what that means!!!! We didn't adopt a cat but we came close...We are fostering two wild kittens that need some taming before they can be adopted. It's sweet as we get to play with the kittens, everything is given to us by the SPCA and we're doing a good deed all at the same time. Now it's not as easy as that. These kittens are pretty terrified and fierce. The first time we picked them up we used big gloves and wrapped them in a big fleece blanket. Now, after several days of many hours of petting and food bribing they are slowly settling down. We finally got them to relax enough to purr and even play a bit with some toy mice and a string. They don't fully understand the concept but are getting better! I don't think they were eating much before since they were so scared, so now they are eating like crazy! Hopefully the progress continues and they are fully tamed before we bring them back in a couple of weeks. So far Bow (the black one) is much tamer than Arrow (the tabby) but the gap is diminishing. These pics are from the first night, we'll put up some new ones later.

Thanks to Peter, Halyna and Yannick for their help!
